The Contract Between You And The Restaurant

1. Eat Now Brighton is authorized to take payment directly from users of the www.eatnowbrighton.co.uk web site when they place orders with restaurants.
2. Payment is taken directly by Eat Now Brighton rather than by the restaurant itself, however upon placing an order with a restaurant, a contract is formed between you ("the Purchaser") and the restaurant ("the Vendor"). Eat Now Brighton is acting as an agent of the Vendor. Our role is limited to facilitating the transaction between the parties. The Vendors provide Eat Now Brighton with a commission on each order for fulfilling this role on their behalf, and Eat Now Brighton does not derive any other income from orders which are placed by Purchasers, nor is Eat Now Brighton involved in any other aspect of the contract between a Vendor and a Purchaser.
3. Should our customers be dissatisfied in any way with the goods and services delivered following an order placed via the Eat Now Brighton web site or in the event of any disputes in connection with the fulfillment of such an order the customer is required to take up the matter with the Vendors. We emphasize the contract is between the vendor and the purchaser, we are purely acting as an agent.
4. Customers of the Eat Now Brighton website are required to be 18 years of age.
5. Eat Now Brighton hereby disclaims any liability in connection with the processing of orders unless it is clearly shown that the problem was caused by an error or negligence on the part of the Eat Now Brighton website, in processing a Purchaser's order and forwarding it to the Vendor.
