Our service is free to use just like ordering over the phone. Sign up and register with us to receive special promotional offers!
We accept credit or debit cards, Paypal, or you can simply choose pay cash to the driver as normal.
No, it isn't necessary to sign up and become a member but it does help.
You can register on our web site to create a personal account within minutes. Having an account will enable you to store your past choices for repeat ordering, and save your contact details for extra convenience the next time you use Eat Now Brighton's service!
Orders are sent directly from the website to the restaurants.
Each restaurant is responsible for their own deliveries, Eat Now Brighton does not take any responsibility for the preparation or delivery of food, we do listen to our valued customers and any restaurant not performing to our Eat Now Brighton high standards will be removed from our website.
If you have any queries regarding your order simply visit the contact page and send us an email. A customer services operative will receive this and call you back immediately. We are always monitoring the site so if you have a problem, don't worry, we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
Simply click on the 'Sign Up' button to begin the account creation process. Completing this will result in you being sent a confirmation email. Simply click the link in your confirmation email to activate your Eat Now Brighton account.
Click on our 'Sign In' button and enter the email address from which you registered followed by your password.
Changing your password is very straight forward. Once you are signed into your account, click on the 'Profile' button at the top of the screen and choose the 'Change Password' option from the left-hand menu.
Once you have an order you wish to save click on the 'Save Order' button to add it to your profile. Saved orders can be accessed by visiting the 'Profile' page and choosing the 'View Saved Orders' option from the left-hand menu.
