How long does it take for my order to reach the restaurant?

Orders will be emailed instantly to the restaurants. Unless you're ordering in advance of course, in which case your order will be processed when the restaurant opens.

Who delivers my meal?

Each restaurant is responsible for their own deliveries, Eat Now Brighton does not take any responsibility for the preparation or delivery of food, we do listen to our valued customers and any restaurant not performing to our Eat Now Brighton high standards will be removed from our website.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

When an order is submitted, the Eat Now Brighton ordering process generates an email, which will be sent through immediately to the restaurant, a copy of each order is also emailed through to our online customer support service. Should any problems occur with an order, our online customer support department will contact the restaurant on your behalf. The restauranteur will have your phone number should they need to clarify any queries.
